Applications for the 2025 REDI Charleston program will be open August 5, through September 16, 2024. Selected applicants will be notified by the week of October 7, 2024.
The ULI South Carolina Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) helps emerging developers expand their skills and knowledge needed to create a successful real estate development.
Participants learn what it takes to put together a successful development through a combination of curriculum and case study work. Throughout the course, teams produce a development plan, pro-forma, and marketing plan for a specific site. Participants engage in both large group and small group mentoring sessions.
The 2025 REDI program will kick off in North Charleston, SC on January 14, 2025, meeting weekly for 3 hours for 12 weeks through April 1, 2025, with additional time outside of class for textbook readings and group project work.
